AI Page Publisher Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 7, 2026

Welcome to AI Page Publisher. This Privacy Policy explains how Guangzhou Yunqu Culture Media Co., Ltd. and its affiliates ("PushWebly", "we", "us", or "our") collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information when you use the AI Page Publisher Chrome extension and related PushWebly services.

AI Page Publisher lets you extract content from a supported AI conversation page, package it as a web project, and publish that project through PushWebly. By using the extension, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the extension.

This Policy will help you understand:

1. How We Collect and Use Personal Information

We collect and use only the information reasonably necessary to provide the extension's disclosed, user-facing publishing features.

1.1 Account registration and sign-in

To publish a project, you provide a username and password to create or access a PushWebly account. After successful authentication, the PushWebly service returns an authentication token. The extension stores this token in Chrome's local extension storage so that you can remain signed in. Signing out removes the locally stored token. If you do not provide the required account information, publishing features will not be available.

1.2 Use of the publishing service

When you actively choose to publish from a supported AI conversation page, the extension may process the following information:

The extension sends the generated project package and publishing settings to ai-pub.pushwebly.com only after you activate the publish function. We use this information to create, host, secure, and deliver the published page requested by you.

Please avoid including personal information that is not necessary for publication. If your content includes another person's personal information, you must have a lawful basis and any required authorization before publishing it.

1.3 Access to supported AI services

To obtain the conversation you select, the extension may use your existing authenticated session with the relevant AI service. Authentication tokens, account identifiers, or cookies obtained from a third-party AI service are used only to request the selected conversation from that same service. They are not transmitted to PushWebly. Your use of each third-party AI service remains subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy.

1.4 Feedback and support

If you contact us for consultation, a complaint, an appeal, or technical support, we may process the contact details, account information, diagnostic information, and other information you voluntarily provide so that we can verify the issue and respond.

1.5 Service security

To maintain service stability, prevent fraud and abuse, protect accounts, and diagnose faults, our servers may automatically process standard network and log information, including IP address, browser or user-agent information, request time, requested endpoint, response status, and security event records. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles.

1.6 Cookies and similar technologies

The extension uses Chrome local extension storage for the PushWebly authentication token. The PushWebly website may use cookies or similar technologies where necessary for login, security, and essential website functions. You may manage website cookies through your browser settings, although some functions may then become unavailable.

1.7 Chrome Web Store Limited Use

Our use of information received from Chrome APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use such information only to provide or improve the extension's disclosed publishing functionality. We do not sell user data, use it for personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising, or use private user content to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models.

We do not allow humans to read private user content except when you give explicit consent for a specific support case, when access is necessary for security or abuse investigation, when required by applicable law, or when the information has been aggregated and anonymized for permitted internal operations.

1.8 Legal exceptions to consent

Where permitted by applicable law, we may process necessary personal information without separate consent when processing is required to perform a contract with you, fulfill a legal duty, respond to an emergency involving life, health, or property, protect the public interest within a reasonable scope, process information lawfully made public, or in other circumstances provided by law.

2. Entrusted Processing, Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure

2.1 Entrusted processing and sharing

We do not share personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals except in the following circumstances:

Service providers are required to process information only according to our instructions and to apply appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

2.2 Transfer

We will not transfer your personal information to another controller unless we obtain your explicit consent. If a transfer is proposed as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or insolvency process, we will obtain explicit prior consent where required and require the recipient to continue protecting the information under standards no less protective than this Policy. If the processing purpose or method changes, fresh consent will be obtained where required.

2.3 Public disclosure

We publicly disclose personal information only with your explicit authorization or when required by law. When you select public visibility, the resulting project can be viewed by anyone who obtains its URL. When you select private visibility, the project is made available subject to the access control you choose. Your selection constitutes your instruction to publish the included content in that manner.

3. How We Retain and Protect Personal Information

3.1 Retention

Personal information collected and generated during our operations in the People's Republic of China is stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law and disclosed to you.

We retain personal information only for the period necessary to provide the service and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or for the longer period required by law. After an account or project is deleted, the retention period expires, or the information is no longer necessary, we will delete, destroy, or anonymize it, subject to applicable backup, security, and legal-retention requirements.

3.2 Security measures and incidents

Personal information transmitted by the extension is sent over HTTPS. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. Access to personal information is limited according to role and necessity.

If a personal information security incident occurs, we will take remedial measures and provide notice or report the incident to relevant authorities as required by applicable law. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If you believe your account or information has been compromised, please contact us promptly.

4. Your Personal Information Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, a copy of, correction of, supplementation of, or transfer of your personal information. You may also request deletion where:

You may withdraw consent or change the scope of optional processing at any time. You may stop processing by not activating the publish function, sign out to remove the locally stored PushWebly token, manage browser permissions through Chrome, or contact us using the details below. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully completed before the withdrawal and may make some features unavailable.

To protect account security, we may ask you to verify your identity before responding. We generally respond to verified requests within 15 business days. We may refuse or limit a request where permitted by law, including where a request is manifestly unfounded, repetitive, technically impracticable, harmful to another person's lawful rights, or conflicts with legal-retention or security obligations.

5. Protection of Minors

AI Page Publisher is primarily intended for adults. If you are under 18, you should read this Policy with your parent or legal guardian and use the service only with their consent and supervision. We process a minor's personal information only where permitted by law, with valid guardian consent where required, or where necessary to protect the minor. If a guardian believes that a minor has provided personal information without proper consent, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Policy as our products, services, or legal obligations change. An updated Policy becomes effective when published, unless another effective date is stated. For material changes, we will provide notice through the extension, website, or another appropriate method where required. If you do not agree with an updated Policy, you should stop using the service.

7. How to Contact Us

If you have questions, comments, complaints, or requests concerning this Policy or your personal information, contact Guangzhou Yunqu Culture Media Co., Ltd. at yunquwenhua@126.com. We will review your request, verify relevant information where necessary, and generally respond within 15 business days.
